We encourage you to contact us with any inquiries or concerns regarding our products. Because each piece of marth•n•grace jewelry is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind, we have a strict return policy. You may exchange your purchase for a credit within 5 days of delivery.  

We will happily REPAIR or REPLACE our pieces that are defective within one year of purchase at no charge. Please contact us regarding a CREDIT, REPAIR or EXCHANGE at Martha7825@aol.com . Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Custom collaborations are FINAL SALE. 

When sending back merchandise for a credit, exchange or repair: please include the return authorization #, insure the item at its purchase price and secure in proper packaging with a tracking number.
